The 2023 Annual Meeting was a hybrid meeting held at Portland State University on November 4th.  The program included presentations by:

• Glenn Blumhorst, Chief Advancement Officer, with an update on the Peace Corps Park, to be located in Washington DC
• Professor Hyeyoung Woo, Professor of Sociology at Portland State University speaking on "Multicultural Society in Korea"
• the presentation of the O'Donnell Award to Don Mosley and his remarks 
• the presentation of the FoK Giving Back Initiative grant to the Adult Korean Adoptees of Portland (AKAP)
