This essay was commissioned by the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History as part of the Beautiful Journey, Endless Friendship exhibit held at the museum from September 12 through November 20, 2016.  The essay is included in the exhibit catalogue and is an excellent overview of the multi-dimensional impact the Peace Corps experience in Korea had on the volunteers, their co-workers and friends, as well as the country.
