Korean Cultural Treasures

As anyone who has spent any time in Korea knows, Korea is a country with a 5,000 year history and a vibrant and strong cultural heritage which is an important and defining element of Korean life.  These cultural traditions have survived wars, occupation, extreme poverty and other challenges.  Koreans are proud of their language, their unique writing system, and their cuisine among other traditions.  This page will introduce you to some of these traditions by accessing some of the amazing resources available on the Internet.  If you have any suggestions of additional resources/links that should be added, please contact Friends of Korea.
