In 1981, as Peace Corps was coming to an end in Korea, some health volunteers decided to once again go on the road...the purpose being to present information to the public on good health practices and the services available at local health centers.  Two Road Shows (called 쇼 쇼 쇼 in Korean) were produced - one in Gangwando (강원도)  the other in Gyeongsangnamdo (경상남도).  Both volunteers and health workers from the local health centers ( 보건소) involved. The shows were conducted on market days and involved numbers skits followed by the opportunity for those present to see the dentist, get an X-ray, talk with a midwife etc.  Here are some pictures from the show presented in Gangwando in May of 1981.  Enjoy!
